No. Every contribution is one-off, and nothing is stored or charged again.

Do I get anything for it?

Does sponsoring change what an answer says?

No, and it never will. A sponsor pays for the research behind a page; they do not get a say in it, and we will refuse a sponsorship that comes with conditions.
